SUN SEA is located in Puerto de la Cruz, in front of Playa del Muelle, near Lago Martianez and Plaza del Charco, and offers free WIFI, an outdoor pool and terrace.

All units come with a balcony with sea views, a flat-screen cable TV, a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. There is a fridge, induction hob, kettle and coffee maker.

We recently stayed at this apartment, and unfortunately, it wasn’t the best experience. While there were a few things we liked, such as the cozy setup, a well-equipped kitchen (perfect for cooking), the coffee machine, and having Netflix and YouTube, plus it was close to the beach, the negatives outweighed these. The main door lock was a real challenge – every time we tried to open it, it took forever. It definitely needs to be fixed or replaced. There was also a constant bad smell coming from the sewer, and the shower dripped water all night, which was annoying. On top of that, the host’s service was terrible. We tried to ask about the trash bins and didn’t get any response for almost five days. But what really ruined our stay was the Phe Festival happening right outside the apartment. We had no idea it was going on, and the host didn’t mention it at all when we booked, even though it turns out this festival happens every year in the same spot. The music was insanely loud from 8 AM until 3-4 AM, so we couldn’t sleep or relax. We ended up having to leave and find another place to stay two days earlier than planned. To make things worse, the host has yet to respond to us about this and refused to refund us for the two nights we didn’t stay. Even Booking customer service couldn’t help. Overall, while the apartment had some good things going for it, the issues we faced and the lack of communication really ruined our stay. I can’t recommend staying here.

Apartamento bien ubicado en la playa del muelle, que ofrece todo el equipamiento necesario en la cocina y para hacer la colada. Aparcamiento público gratis, supermercados y todo tipo de tiendas a escasa distancia. Buen diseño a base de muebles de conocida marca sueca y funcionalidad en la distribución. La limpieza en el interior es muy buena. La mujer que nos atendió, Maria, muy amable. Las vistas son bonitas y se vive de cerca la atmósfera del Puerto de la Cruz. No hicimos uso de la piscina, ya que el agua nos pareció fría.
