"Location is good. It's down a narrow street with limited parking so you have to drop your bags off outside the hotel and then park. Great views from the terrace. Restaurant was full the night which was a shame as the view from it was very good. There are restaurants nearby. The hotel description says it has access to a pool. Don't know where this is as there is no pool at the hotel."

"The location and facilities are good enough. Despite the fact that the Hotel Hacienda has just recently opened, the efforts of the team that you can notice that there are sort of staff there. Special mention to Palma in Housekeeping and Rocio at reception :) Castellar needed this hotel in the new town as there is another in the old town, about 15 minutes driving away. Amenities in bathrooms are on demand * upon request*, but if there are bathrobes, they should be sleepers. We understand that...
