We had an amazing time with the staff from the bell hop, to the front desk, to the concierge, housekeeping and restaurant team - I felt like I was getting Disney resort level service. The rooms were great - the hotel lobby and dining space were very nice. And the whole place was surrounded by jungle, yet close to everything.
