The large rooms with spacious decks were great for just lounging outside to chill or read. Staff was supper friendly and helpful with all our questions and booking a couple tours and places to eat, get a massage and nail appointment.

Very easy to park and secure. The hotel was convenient to town. The staff was informative, helpful, and nice. Air conditioning, a pool, free kayaks, bikes. They held our bags as we did a tour. Very happy with our experience.

A lovely stay. Clean, spacious waterfront suite with a fabulous water view where you can relax on the porch protected from the sun and rain and enjoy your breakfast. Excellent service, effective A/C. Pretty quiet overall. Nice pool. We would happily stay here again. 10/10, no notes.

I stayed just one night at Cabinas upon arriving to the Osa peninsula and it was the perfect landing place to being my trip! The staff was so kind and helpful and it was great to be able to get out on the water and Kayak. The location is walking distance to town for cafes, grocery and restaurants. The price is affordable and the room was very clean and cosy! I would definitely stay again if I travel there!

John and Annie don't have a no for an answer, rooms are small but comfortable, and clean, a little outdated, good wi fi, no tv, ac is a diamond in the area, no restaurant or breakfast but evermore l everything is walkable, ride from San Jose is 6 hours, going towards the Corcovado park or Carate beach can take 2 hours more in an 4x4 car. You can take a plane from San Jose $140 and get there in 25 minutes. There is not Ev charger in the area, somehow John manage to get me electricity to use my own household charger. Very nice value for your money.

Puerto Jiménez stay

Puerto Jiménez is a nice clean little Pueblo. There is a cute cafe called Monka up the street that we would recommend. Several seafood restaurants and we ate at Delfines which was excellent- so fresh! The hotel is situated in a nice secluded area right on the the waterfront. We saw several kayaks and people swimming in the bay. The ambiance was nice with the boats, the waves, and the sunset & sunrise. The AC in the room was excellent and made the heat tolerable. Be prepared for the heat! Our feedback has more to do with the pricing. It was a little bit more pricey and the hotel charged a 7% fee for cc use I totally understand the fee however if it was posted in the posting u did not see it. Also, the price for the room was higher than others in the area and while a nicer place, could be lower.

We loved our stay at Cabinas Jimenez. The room was super nice and with efficient AC and fans, the location is quiet and right by the water, we loved that we could just borrow the kayaks, and the staff was helpful and had great recommendations for what to see and where to eat. On top of that we could store both our car and luggage while we visit Corcovado. Highly recommend.
