"It’s an old hotel, with an excellent location. I used it for one night sleep after arriving late from another trip.They need to update it. Staff was very helpful except at my exit when I checked out. I was carrying all the luggage from my self and my wife who was getting the car from a parking lot and the employee didn’t bother to even help me with the exit door while I maneuvered to open it at the same time that I was carrying a whole week luggage from my previous trip. I’m taking about a door that is not automatic or push out, you need to open it with a knob and hold it while getting it in or out. Just the little things that matter."

"We had a good experience overall, although there are definitely some things that could be improved. The rooms are very outdated and lack basic amenities such as a closet, dresser, iron, and hair dryer. The biggest issue for us was the shower water, which was cold and made showering very uncomfortable. On the positive side, all of the employees were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We also loved having the open bar included, which was a great perk, and the location is excellent and very convenient for exploring Old San Juan. With some updates to the rooms and, most importantly, reliable hot water, the experience would be much better."

"Very, very cool decor at this hotel. The location was excellent and right in the middle of everything. The rooms were a little tight, but we only stayed one night so it was perfect because it was right in the center of town. Wonderful rooftop furniture and pretty cool place to chill out. Only complaint was that there was no coffee made in the morning at 7 AM and there were no open coffee, shops nearby but other than that would definitely stay again."

"I came here for a special occasion and everything lived up to expectation. The property is amazing. The staff is so so friendly, like incredibly friendly and they treat you like you would not belong anywhere else. The beach is so beautiful and maintained. Crystal clear water. The food is very good and the chef accommodated us with specific requests. We got a plunge pool and you can step off your private area right onto the beach and take a nice beach walk at night. It’s really secluded, calm and peaceful. You can rent a golf cart for $200 a day and go to the free amenity waterpark called the watermelon which has a lazy river pool that wraps around it’s entirety. It’s quite expensive, but if you’re looking for something truly special and amazing then this is the place to go to. Thank you so much to the staff. 🙏🙏🙏"
