The hotel has been updated and is very nice and very clean. The only challenge was parking, although there was a wedding going on during our stay so many of the already limited parking spaces in the lot were full. We didn't have any parking issues the first time we stayed.

This hotel was ok for what we needed at the moment. The staff was very friendly. If you are looking for some quiet time , this is not it. The hotel is located across the ocean which has a beautiful view but in between, there is a heavy traffic street. Sirens, honking, and all those traffic sounds so if you’re a light sleeper this place is not for you. Also , they are doing some much needed maintenance on the outside and they start work early. The suite was spacious but it needs updating. AC was very loud. Sofa was very old and torn , curtains old and dirty. Breakfast was just ok.

The exterior of the hotel could definitely use some attention, and the parking area is very inconvenient. However, once you step inside, the lobby is beautiful, welcoming, and inviting. The staff was outstanding, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. This hotel pleasantly surprised me. The room was comfortable and had excellent air conditioning, which made the stay very enjoyable. The only major downside was the bathroom, which was extremely small, much smaller than expected. With some investment in updating and improving the hotel's infrastructure, this property has the potential to offer an even better guest experience. Was great experience 👌

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I felt unsafe, afraid for my life during the night of Monday night early Tuesday. A guest yelling and banging doors from 2:45-8:00am. She was voicing her intention to kill somebody. There was no security intervention. I decided to checkout the morning of Tuesday the 21 and found 7 police officers outside the property not intervening. The manager told me that she was not called and found out about the incident when she went into work at 7:00am. In addition, the level of noise every night was loud due to “events” in the ballroom. Saturday night lasted until midnight and Sunday lasted until 10:00pm. There wasn’t a place to leave my car during check in. The parking area was extremely small, with one way in but no way out. Had to manouver back to the way in to leave the parking place. In addition, there were multiple stray and malnourished cats interfering with me, accosting me and looking for food. The personnel never offer help with parking. I’m requesting reimbursement of my last 2 nights. I’m requesting Expedia removes that nightmare of a “hotel “ from your options. No human being should have to feel their life threatened. We need peace and safety.

Hotel is very well maintained and staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good with plenty options. My stay was good enough, except for these three issues, which I informed at my check out: 1- The door for the balcony had the latch blocked or locked. It worried me in case of fire. 2- Didn't had hot or even warm water at the shower. 3- Room was very noisy. Felt all the noise from the traffic in front of the Hotel.
