We really enjoyed this unit. It was great that it offered pool and beach access. The food at the restaurant on the property was great and the service was on point. The condo layout was perfect for our group. We really appreciated the simple communication with the host. He was very accommodating to our needs. We will diff book this unit again in the future.

We loved our stay at this property! Great views of the water, super clean, like new furnishings and comfy beds. And the patio is wonderful overlooking the beach and pools. Definitely one of the nicest properties we have stayed at. All the highly rated reviews are well deserved. Can’t wait to go back!

We were there for several days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo! Sonoran Sun Is one of the best properties, and other than units that are right on the grass near the pool, I think that this unit is one of the nicest in the building from what we saw of other friends units while we were there. Just a great place to relax for several days.

We loved staying in this condo. Everything we needed in the kitchen, which made the stay so easy. Owner was super quick to respond when we needed anything or had questions. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend this condo for your stay.

Everything about Steven’s place was perfect, from start to finish! The condo was fantastic with two comfy king beds and a great view from a huge balcony! The resort was clean, staff were friendly, and drinks were great. We all had an amazing time and would definitely rent this condo again!

We stay at Sonoran Sun whenever we come to RP, this unit was our favorite! It was very clean and comfortable, it had plenty of extra amenities including extra paper towels and TP. The kitchen was loaded with everything you could possibly need and the patio was amazing. Beds were super comfortable as was the couch. We saved this unit to our favorites.

It is so cold in Utah. We wanted to go for a few days warm. We have stayed at Rocky Point before and decided this was the perfect place to go. We love staying at Sonoran Sun. It is a very comfortable condo with a great balcony to see the ocean. It is easy to check in and is always perfect

Unbelievable views.. condo was beautiful and had all the amenities. Patio was gorgeous and spacious for the whole family to enjoy the beach view. Steve was very efficient on responding to any questions we had. Would definitely stay her again!

I’ve been to this property before. This has been my favorite booking. The condo was very well equipped as described. The owner was quick to respond to any need or issue. It was nice to check in at the gate and head to the condo. Keyless entry is always a plus. I also liked the safe in the bedroom. I would absolutely book this particular condo again.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. This was the first time ever anyone has left us more than enough laundry detergent, softener and static cling sheets for the dryer. This allowed us to wash our towels which are provided by the owner, several times. Waking up to the view of the ocean was amazing! We would recommend renting this condo to anyone interested in having a great time.

Great condo - ice cold AC, extremely comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and more! We had everything we needed to have a great trip to RP and Stephen was extremely responsive and a great host. We will be back!
