Water heater was not working in the first room. Later we got assigned a new room, which is quite dark in the day even though there's a window because the window is facing inside the building. The drainage of the bathroom needs to be cleaned better because there was an unpleasant smell whenever you take a shower. Good thing is the hotel provides a complimentary airport shuttle and the staff is friendly. To those with walking inconvenience, there is no elevator in the hotel.
walking distance
Near to baywalk, plaza cuartel, church, and main raod rizal avenue and malvar road.
We were so pleased when we get back from our city tour, our room was cleaned and arranged. the staff were very accommodating and they respond to your query quickly through messenger.
Our daily breakfast was great. definitely will recommend and go back to this hotel.
4th floor room, no elevator, doorman offered no help with our luggage. Aircon insufficient. Staff indifferent. Breakfast overcooked, not tasty. The only redeeming factor: good shower hot water and pressure. I don't usually write negative reviews, but this hotel deserves one.

Everything worked well and we enjoyed for our stay. Breakfast was nice and staff was friendly.
I wanted to look for a quick escape from everything so I booked with the Inn at the very last minute. I didn't really have much expectations, but it's safe to say I got more than what I paid for. The Inn has the basics for a stay: H/C shower, AC, cable TV, WiFi at the reception, and daily breakfast. They don't have fancy amenities like what you'd find in a hotel, after all they're running an inn, but it was cozy throughout my stay. The place is also conveniently within walking distance to the local market where one can buy fresh produce, and few minutes away from the main parts of the city. Also, the staff went over and beyond their duty when they found out I fell ill and checked on me every once in a while, even offered me medicine. Like I said, it was a home away from home.

Value for money
The hotel was pretty basic but a little dirty however can't really complain as the cost worked out £5 pppn!
Toilet stopped flushing and took quite a few attempts to get fixed however the airport shuttle and your booking services worked great!
Hotel was nice for the price but our first floor room was right behind breakfast tables so at 6 am on the dot were woken up by talking laughing ect... Stayed just one night
Reasonably priced hotel, centrally located, only 5 mins from the Baywalk. Rooms were clean. However, the shower head holder was broken. Free breakfast, staff are lovely. Relatively new complex and rooftop has amazing views. Remember to have breakfast up there.
My overall palawan experience sucks. Tour agents/ guides are taking advantage of your money. All they care is getting your money. Tours are being cancelled due to bad weather and they dont give you a full refund. However my stay at Marriane was ok, staff there are kind.

Decent hotel, but a bit pricey
We arrived pretty late and only stayed a few hours. The hotel looks brand new, but is in an area that looks pretty shady. The staff was nice, but not very accommodating. Because of our very short stay (due to a tour), we asked if we could possibly return to the hotel to clean up before flying back. The staff's response was allowing us to use their bathroom and recommended us to use their bidet to wash ourselves off. Also, we found cockroaches in the room we were staying in, thus, I would not recommend this hotel for the price. There is a morning breakfast (which gives you an option of either Filipino or Continental) and the staff does a good job with providing you with tour options in Puerto Princesa. The wifi is also very reliable.
The service was excellent, with free airport transfers and request for roof top breakfast easily accomodated. They even allowed us to take a bath with clean towels after visiting the Underground River (we checked-out early). The neighbourhood, I have a mixed feeling about it. It was walking distance to the market and the baywalk, which offers many food and pasalubong shopping options. However, the small streets leading to the hotel seem narrow and creepy. The hotel lobby was small but clean and well decorated. The family room we booked in was also clean and spacious. With the room at the third floor, the view of the baywalk was unfortunately being blocked by the roof of a basketball court. Also on the negative side, the breakfast was served cold. Overall however, the hotel was excellent for its price range.
It was a short stay, but good enough, clean hotel, amazing service by the staff, and though we got it at a very low price they gave us the best attention. due to some changes they even upgraded us to a better room with no additional charges. they even picked us from the airport and made all the arrangements for the different tours
