"Love going to the rivoli APTS, it has improved since our last visit, but the one thing that still is a problem & happened every day towels on sunbeds at 8am with nobody on them & never inforcing the 9am rule ,we even saw the life guard walk past them & did nothing,by the end of our week more& more people were doing it because it wasn't enforced, , also they now ask you to ware wrist bands,so they know you are a rivoli guest , again this is not enforced, so dont bother with it ,as a hell of a lot of people around the pool DIDN'T have them on,,,,, Why bring these rules in when there never enforced???????????"

"Food choice was poor as I am a vegan and not much freshly prepared actual meals - so unless you are a fan of plain salads and fruit, you'll be hungry"

"All staff members were very nice and helpful. Food was great, plenty of choices everyday. The rooms and particularly bathrooms are not great, but the view makes it worth it."

"Hotel was clean. Food was lovely. Evening entertainment not great. Sun loungers a nightmare to be near the pool unless you’re up at 7am."

"Buen Family Resort, aunque era Solo Travel. Los cuartos limpios todos los días excelente servicio. Desde la entrada hasta la salida el equipo de trabajo muy amable, atento y profesional. Buen buffet desde desayuno hasta cena.. lo recomiendo para Familias no para Solo Travel. Lo unico que no me gustó fue que el Resort no cambia USA dollars porque no tienen muchos visitantes de USA .lo veo injusto todo cliente debería ser tratado igual no importa de donde venga. Tuve ir en un taxi hacia Puerto Rico Mall para poder cambiar."
