"We were sadly disappointed with part of this stay. We travel frequently with Airbnb & Hotels.com. I return to Hotels because normally, we are very pleased. This was not one of those times. Our check-in was very long. We had to hand over passports a few times for they couldn’t find our reservation. We asked for hotel restaurant for some lunch. The gal who helped us check in wasn’t informed that there was indeed a spot we could have more than chips, snacks, as she said. Our room was beautiful with ocean views. Bathroom sink was clogged. I asked twice for it to be fixed. When our room was cleaned they took the dirty towels but forgot to replace them. The hotel info says mini bar in room. There is not one. The service & breakfast buffet is incredible all around. We had a barbecue Dinner one night which was very nice. Staff very helpful & kind. Pool was magnificent. Swam every day. The dinner shows were amazing! Flamenco Dancers were incredible! The vibe is cruise like. The guests were either with young ones or 60+. Overall we wouldn’t return. But, we had a wonderful time overall. The nearby beaches and boat days are a must! They gave us a late check out for our troubles. "

"The rooms were clean and the cleaner came every day but one. The pool was beautiful. The staff were friendly especially the ladies in the cafe. Good stocked shop with fair prices. It is half way up the hill so easy to go down or up. "

"The hotel is in a good location within an easy walk of both the beach and the nightlife in the commercial centre. Walking back uphill to the hotel may not be for everyone but there are plenty of taxis available. It was my second stay in the Revoli and I will be happy to return, nice friendly staff and a good buffet breakfast."

"Natalia was waiting at property on arrival. Introductions to property made, including use of washing machine, which was fantastic. Lots of towels provided and also a bottle of wine. Puerto Rico is built into mountains, so hills and steps are inevitable, but the bungalow is situated so that this isn't a real problem for anyone with reasonable fitness. Beach is a 10 minute walk, central shopping is less than 5 minutes. Really excellent restaurants - Planet does the most amazing paella; El Molino for steak and Wok Peking does the best chinese buffets- supermarkets and general holiday stores. Main bus station is at the back of McDonald's, again 5 minute walk, and the staff there are really helpful. The bungalow is clean and well equipped, beds are comfortable and the pool is a welcome addition for cooling down but is only 1.2m depth. It was deep enough for all of us to have fun in though. No AC but fans in all main rooms that were actually pretty good. We sleep with windows open and although you could hear a low buzz from the centre it wasn't enough to disturb sleep or enjoyment of the patio. All in all, we had a great holiday and will definitely come back."
