For a truly wonderful experience try my personal favorite condo Sayan Beach. It is the premier private residence tower located close to the Zona Romantica and Conchas Chinas neighborhoods in Puerto Vallarta AND right on the beach! We have all the amenities and services of a 5 star resort hotel and in a huge 3 bedroom suite and I am glad to share it with you as I have done for 10 years now! The residence is located on an ideal lower corner 2 just floors above the lower pools with bar, restaurant and gym. Imagine your feeling when you look down the entry hallway and all you see is ocean and palm trees. And when you take the elevator to the rooftop another gorgeous pool and bar is available with the best view of all of PV and its famous beaches and fireworks every night. Located right on gorgeous arched Amapas Beach which has a hillside pathway to the famous social Los Muertos Beach and Zona Romantica. The sunsets cross the entire bay so the sunsets are almost always over the water and breathtaking. Imagine watching the sunset and listening to the soothing sounds of the beach surf below, on your own private corner terrace giving you PRIVACY and gorgeous views of the sandy beach, ocean and a canopy of tropical trees in a lagoon like setting.
This property accommodates up to 6 guests with the ocean front main bedroom suite and 2 comfortable guest bedrooms suites. All 3 suites have soft king sized beds with en-suite bathrooms of contemporary design. The kitchen is fully equipped for the culinary inclined, and room service with all the exceptional menu options from the restaurant is available daily until 10PM. And the quiet location is only a short walk to vibrant Old Town, Los Muertos Beach, The Malecon, Almar, Mantamar, and hundreds of bars and restaurants.
Sayan Beach is a secure building with 24 hr security direct beach access and 2 huge full-service resort-style infinity pools and 2 hot tub areas. The lower pool cantilevers out over sandy Amapas Beach, and you will pass a large fire pit, and BBQ area walking to the direct beach access. With this rental you will also gain access to the lushly landscaped Sayan rooftop which is a fantastic mix of views, relaxation, and a full-service bar and restaurant services. The rooftop infinity pool and hot tub floor is sure to impress. Lined with palm trees, plenty of seating and lounge areas, this rooftop is the perfect elevated backdrop for your Puerto Vallarta journey.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner options are available continuously from 8AM to 10PM with room service options available at no extra charge as well.
Important Note: The restaurant and bars are cash free. The staff will keep up with your restaurant and bar tab and let you know before checkout. Check with the restaurant or security before checkout. You will need to pay by credit card upon checkout as they don't accept cash.
Luxury towels linens and bathrobes and beach towels are all provided. A full size front loading washer and dryer is provided with supplies. High speed Internet and TVs are provided. A full modern kitchen with your choice of drip (Mr Coffee) maker or Nescafe coffee pods, a toaster, and blender are also provided. There are a full range of plates and glasses, cooking equipment and spices. A gas BBQ grill is on the large private terrace. Hair dryers are provided in every ensuite bathroom with soap and shampoo as well.
The residence has 4 central A/C zones with a thermostat in each bedroom. Please leave your bedroom door open while you are not using it to save electricity. The A/C will resume (at the same settings) when you return and close the door.
All guests are listed at check-in. Any visitors must be approved by Joel or John. There is a front and beach gate but all check-in's should be from the front entrance on Calle Santa Barbara 466 (level 7). Listed guests have access to Oceanfront Pools and Spa, Rooftop Pool and Spa, Restaurant 8AM - 10PM with room service. Rooftop bar 11AM-10PM, Gym, Steam Room, Massage Room.

Rates: Your quoted rate is based on the number of guests. The first 2 guests are included in the base rate. There is a $25 charge for each additional guest (#3-6)/day. No more than 6 guests are allowed. If you are unsure how many will be in your group just notify us to add additional guests to your reservation.
*You will have a dedicated personal concierge named Joel, who will handle any questions, shop for groceries, adventures on land or sea just a text or phone call away! Ask him if you want the owners bar cart to be available for a fully supplied bar and just replace whatever you use on the honor system or Joel can help you resupply.
Rules:

- Great A/C is a blessing during the summer but it should be off while away or if any of the windows or doors are open. With 4 A/C systems you will have have plenty of total cooling power and each room has its own set point. Please leave your bedroom door open during the day so the AC has a chance to rest and save electricity. It will turn off after your door is open for a few minutes. The close door sensor will restart the bedroom AC right away. Joel can show you.
- Bags must be packed prior to checkout time so housekeeping can prepare for the next guests.
- No floats are allowed in the pools and no towels should be left over the terrace railings (use the dryer)
- No smoking anywhere
- No parties. No pets.
