The Space:
Avalon 901 invites you to an experience of unparalleled luxury and relaxation. Located in a prime setting, this condo is a testament to sophisticated living, designed to provide guests with a serene and sumptuous escape.

The heart of the condo is the master bedroom, a sanctuary of tranquility and luxury. It features a plush king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and direct access to the condo's private pool. This bedroom is designed for ultimate comfort and privacy, ensuring a restful and indulgent stay.

The second bedroom is a versatile space, equipped with twin beds. It offers the unique feature of being open or closed off from the living room and the terrace through a sliding door, providing flexibility for guests seeking either openness or privacy.

The third bedroom, equally inviting, also features twin beds and boasts its little balcony. This room shares a bathroom with the second bedroom, ensuring convenience and privacy for guests staying in these rooms.

The living space in Avalon 901 is a blend of elegance and functionality. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for culinary enthusiasts who wish to prepare meals or entertain.

The kitchen's modern appliances and sleek design add to the condo's overall sense of luxury. Fully equipped: Stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, utensils, dishes, and glassware in 10 pieces, enough if you receive visitors!
We also provide coffee, sugar, kitchen oil, paper towels, salt and pepper.

The condo features three bathrooms, all of which feature L'Occitane products, ensuring that each guest has ample space and convenience during their stay.

The Skybar of Avalon is unlike any other in Puerto Vallarta. It contains breathtaking panoramic views of the entire bay and city. We have 2 beautiful infinity pools, the blue Miami-style pool is heated with a jacuzzi and luxurious tanning beds. The Green Ecological pool was built with the jungle in mind. This beautiful pool fits right in with the surrounding jungle so you feel like you are floating with the trees. The pool also has luxurious tanning beds.

The building has 24-hour security staff in the lobby.

Guest Access:
Situated on the 9th floor of the Avalon building and accessible through an elevator, Avalon 901 provides guests with easy access to shared building amenities (Gym, Sauna, Green Pool & Blue Pool), enhancing the comfort and enjoyment of your stay.

The building also offers a gym, pool, and bar.

The Neighborhood:
This 9-floor apartment, located in an incredible Building (Avalon Condos) in Puerto Vallarta, is just 10 minutes away from beaches, restaurants, bars, theater, discos, spas, salons, ATMs, grocery stores, pharmacies, hospitals! And important to mention, that the building is pretty safe and quiet.

Other Things to Note:
CHECK-IN: From 3:00 PM. Your concierge will welcome you in the lobby.
CHECK-OUT: At 11:00 AM. Please wait for your concierge to return the keys and check the apartment.
CLEANING: Scheduled cleaning is included in your stay (exceptions may apply).
PETS: Small and medium-sized pets are welcome. $120 USD pet fee per stay.
VISITORS: Max 2 visitors allowed (not overnight). Unauthorized overnight guests will incur a fee.
ENERGY USAGE:
Your stay includes 25 kWh/day. Help us save energy by turning off lights and A/C when not in use.
The unit has NEST AC controllers – we’ll gladly show you how they work.
Recommended settings: 22–24°C (72–75°F), turn off when leaving the apartment. If you set the AC below 72°F, the system will automatically shut off for safety reasons.

The home was gorgeous and exceeded all of our expectations. The most spectacular ocean and jungle views from every room. The entire front of the building opened up with glass nano walls and at night the sound of the ocean waves carried right up the hill. The management team as well, was fantastic. There was a car service available at the airport (no crazy bus shuttles or drivers trying to sell a time share!). I sent a request for some groceries ahead of time and our fridge was fully stocked upon arrival. The gym in the building was perfect and the concierge/security team for the building was the kindest group of people. The building had two massive pools but there were only 40(ish) units in each building so the pools were essentially empty most of our stay. It was just an amazing place overall. It's at the top of Amapas so the walk into town is easier on the way down, bit of work on the way up but, I liked it because I didn't have to feel bad about all the great food I was eating.. and taxi cabs for the four minute ride were always, without exception, available within 30 seconds.

I would have rated it 2.5 stars if possible. The space itself is great, with a spectacular view and convenient, scenic location close to shopping and nightlife. However, maintenance was lacking. There were insufficient towel sets the provide towels and pool towels were stained and NOT clean. Most of the towels all had brown staining on them. We rewashed all the towels however brown stains remained. The host charged out of the deposit for the ALREADY stained towels, no cleaning supplies beyond dish soap and towels, and unlabeled light switches. A mildew or mold-like smell came from behind the closet system in the main bathroom, and the shared bathroom had a musty mold odor near the toilet. Unclean stained bedding as well. Additionally, there were no controls for adjusting the plunge pool settings or temperature. While the location is excellent, be prepared to bring or purchase your own cleaning supplies.

My stay was perfect. The host made it easy to communicate with them prior to booking and upon arrival. The space was convenient, clean, and absolutely beautiful. I will recommend staying here if you want the best views.

The property was exactly as described - gorgeous views with amazing plunge pool. Unfortunately, we experienced daily inconveniences that left a bad taste regarding the building (Avalon). The elevator was under maintenance at least 3 times during our stay resulting in climbing 9 flights of stairs - one time at check in after traveling all day and with luggage. The TV didn't work, the front door lock's batteries died, both resulting in maintenance calls - unfortunately the door lock incident resulted in us having to cancel dinner reservations and hired transportation. The water to the building was shut off three times during our stay - each shut off lasting from 1 hour to 5 hours - and we were only made aware of the shut off once. The others were not nice surprises. On our final day in Puerto Vallarta, a tree fell on the power lines at the base of the mountain cutting power to the entire building leaving us without A/C, a way to charge our phones or get ready on the morning of our departure. While we understand that very few of these things were the fault of the property manager, the building this property is located in left a lot to be desired. We have stayed at the Avalon 3 times prior to this trip without any of the above issues. We won't return.

I can’t stay enough great things about this property. The views are amazing. You get to see the jungle, ocean, and mountains. The home itself is impecable, very clean with plenty of towels and toiletries. It’s also very spacious a lot of room. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The condo is 5 mins away from the romantic zone which has a lot of restaurants and shops. Also, you can order in Uber eats or take an Uber to go out to eat. I fell in love with this home. Book now you won’t regret it!!
