This Beachfront condo at the Sea River Towers in Puerto Vallarta is exactly what you need for a relaxing and fun filled vacation. You'll find yourself in the heart of the bustling Hotel Zone, and just eight minutes from downtown, on what has to be one of the most beautiful Beaches for miles around.

Enjoy this Ocean Front condo with a lovely view of Banderas Bay and downtown Puerto Vallarta. The condo has one large bedroom with two double beds, dresser and a flat screen TV. The sunken living room has a sofa with a pull-out queen bed and love seat plus a large door wall that opens wide to bring in the ocean breeze and fresh air. Our fully-equipped kitchenette is complete with full size refrigerator, microwave, and 2 burner stove. There are pots and pans and serving dishes and a variety of cooking utensils. There is also a buffet counter with 2 chairs. On the balcony are 2 chairs and a small table + a table to dine at with 4 chairs. Great spot to sit and enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon margarita, or dinner.

The condo has free WiFi throughout.

Since this condo is located on the Sunscape* property you will have access to the resort's Amenities - which include a large pool, ocean front beach, lounge chairs, and towels. This condo has 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella too so you can enjoy your feet in the sand and the oceans edge if you wish.

Reservations for 7 days or less will receive a cleaning at the end of their stay. For reservations for 14 days or longer will receive a cleaning once per week after the first full week.

Transportation is available via taxi's right at the front door and buses are a short walk to the corner. There is a grocery store, La Isla Mall, other shops and banks within walking distance as well.
