Authentic Vibe

We enjoyed the condo including the location and authentic vibe. Beautiful view from the balcony. Plenty of things to see within walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful with any questions. Host was also helpful and responsive. We would stay here again.

Fabulous Stay

This condo is lovely. This is our third time staying in it and it just gets better and better. Right on the beach and in the heart of Zona Romantica. Highly recommend it to everyone!

Great stay

Perfect location close to great restaurants and shopping. The Condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony is spectacular and a very wonderful place to sit and have a coffee or drink. Enjoyed my stay.

Lovely condo

Having stayed at many different VDS condos over the years, I have to say this was one of the best. The beachfront location can’t be beat and the remodeled bathrooms were fantastic!

Perfect vacation property

This is a very comfortable place to spend some vacation time in the sun. The location is excellent, close to shops, restaurants, groceries. And it is right on the malecon. Every night we enjoyed a beautiful sunset from the patio.

Perfect PV Location

I’ve been traveling to Puerto Vallarta for more than ten years…calling it my happy place. I was so happy to find this condo in the perfect location with an amazing water view right outside our living area. It’s located close to anything you need in the romantic zone or an easy walk to the malecon. Highly recommend.

Good location

Squeaky bed in master but nicely redone bathrooms. Location was central but at times the various musical groups on the malecon became tedious as well as repetitive. Nice rooftop pool. Maid service was not needed on a daily basis and things like dusting of furniture was not done throughout our stay and it was noticeable

A mixed bag

Best parts were the location and view. Vista Del Sol is in the prime area of the Malecon and we had an amazing ocean view from the patio. The unit is quite large but is a bit more ‘tired’ looking than the photos would suggest. Compared to other units we have stayed in, the kitchen utensils etc were old and looked like something you may take on a camping trip. The biggest issue for us was that the property manager was not on site and was often slow to respond to our emails. There was also no binder/instructions for working the appliances, etc. The remote for the A/C in the second bedroom was missing. In the two other condos we rented in PV this past winter there were onsite property managers who helped with the inevitable questions we had upon arrival.

Beautiful condo, excellent location

This is our second stay in this condo and we will be booking it again. The condo is lovely and the location cannot be beat. Restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner are all very close and, to cook in, all the local meat, poultry, dairy and veggie stores are easy walks.

Fantastic location. But….

Location was perfect. View spectacular. Both bedroom a/c units didn’t work. Master shower drains very slow and basin fills with water. Master screen door won’t open. Huge chunk out of very dirty countertop. Definitely needs work.

This is a beautiful unit, and Aaron is an amazingly responsive host. Excellent, vibrant location. Staff is awesome. View from rooftop is superb. Pool wasn't open, but got to use neighboring one. (Could use some new noodles or little pool loungers.)
