This is a good place for a lone traveler. There is a lot of traffic noise from the buses and locals blaring their music at all hours of the night, but I was able to sleep fine. WARNING: be careful with the bedroom door, you can lock yourself out and there is no key for the door. I had to push a window out to be able to access the latch. I notified the property manager and she was unaware, so this issue may be remedied. The kitchen has what you need to cook for yourself. There is a small balcony and rooftop access if you want to smoke. Good location for walking distance to groceries and the Malecon/ beach. Bus stop to Walmart/ airport two blocks away, bus stop for Mismayloya is right on the corner by OXXO. Trash pickup area is right across the street. For the homosexual fellas: there is a gay bar directly across the street.
