Our property is maintained by full-time, on-site staff, providing daily housekeeping (except Sundays and major Mexican holidays). Essentials like toilet paper, shampoo, coffee, and paper towels are refreshed regularly, and linens/towels are changed on request or regularly for longer stays.

Fast, stable Wi-Fi is ideal for remote work or streaming, with a secondary backup service to ensure connectivity.

PLEASE NOTE

Families with children are welcome, but please be aware that the property is not childproof. The pool has an open edge with no fence, and stairs/windows may pose risks. There are also fragile, irreplaceable art pieces throughout the villa.

DISCOUNTS & BOOKING INFO

- Weekly Discount: 10% off automatically applied for stays of 7+ nights

- Monthly Discount: 15% off automatically applied for stays of 28+ nights

Non-Refundable Damage Waiver: A $10 USD fee is included with every booking and covers accidental damages up to $300 USD (per terms in Rental Agreement).

Refundable Security Deposit Credit Hold: A credit hold (not a charge) is placed on your card 24 hours before check-in to cover potential damage or extra cleaning. The hold is typically $500 USD or 50% of the booking total, whichever is greater, and is released within 7 days of check-out if no issues arise.
