My family had a wonderful time staying here at Los Arcos suites. I loved our little balcony that overlooked the streets. The Staff was really friendly. We had access to Lowe’s Arcos resort. Had a wonderful there every morning. The cleaning ladies did a wonderful job every day.. super good location.

Spent most of our time at Casa Dona Susana, the rooftop pool was great. Diana and Max were great hosts. Shout out to some of the bartenders at Los Arcos, Alexander, Angel, Victor, and Aaron are just like brothers, so funny and kind. The Mexican people are wonderful, treat you just like family.

This property was very clean and the rooms were spacious. We had breakfast each morning at the playa arcos hotel. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful (especially Miguel who served us at mi pueblito restaurant and at the beach all 3 days we were there. )

Our stay here was not what we had hoped. The condition of the general areas were just fine but our room condition was in need of a serious update. Also this area is not really appropriate for family's because of the overwhelming number of alternative lifestyle tourists. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Los Arcos Suites is perfect for a quiet get away, and has all the tools to suit a longer stay. Kitchenette was functional and well kept. There is no food or drink service on site, and you cannot use the other resorts pools. Otherwise was a great stay.
