Furniture Care: We take pride in our furnishings. Any damage will require repair or replacement at the guest’s expense.
Additional Rules:
-Terrace & Balcony: For everyone’s safety, throwing objects from the terrace or balcony is strictly prohibited.
-Quiet Enjoyment: Parties or events are not allowed without prior authorization and must conclude by 11 PM.
-Furniture Use: Please avoid sitting on furniture or beds with wet clothing to maintain the quality of our interiors.
-Appliance Care: Do not overload the washer or dryer to ensure their longevity.
