Only steps to the beach, shops, restaurants and Lazaro Cardenas Park. Full of Mexican charm, yet recently remodeled with a fully updated modern kitchen and flooring. Two large bedrooms with king size beds and large closets in each. Two ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Large outdoor private patio with seating for four as well as a lounge to relax and enjoy the best people-watching on the Malecon!

Air Conditioning in all rooms and ceiling fans throughout the condo and outdoor patio. 3 flat screen TVs, DVD, wine cooler, microwave, coffee and espresso machines are just a few of the amenities. Fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need to prepare and serve meals. Indoor dining room seats 6 comfortably, with additional patio dining area for 4.

You can hear the waves crashing on the beach as you sleep and there’s a beautiful patio with a beach front view. There’s a small pool on the rooftop with a nice deck overlooking all of Puerto Vallarta. The front desk staff were very nice, and it was very easy process to check in and get into the condo. We were within blocks of all of our favorite restaurants and always love walking on the Malecon. We will definitely be back!

Loved the location of this place. Right on the Malecon and across the street from the beach. The pictures are very accurate of the place. The rooftop has great views. Would definitely stay again.

This was our first time in PVR so we didn't know much about the area before arriving. The owner Bill was great to deal with and communicated very well. The property management group at the front desk was very good too. We had no issues with the property or process. The location is great if you are looking to be right on the Malecon or right near the water. The balcony is a great place to relax and people watch. Overall, we were very pleased with the experience.

From when we first booked until we checked out, everything was excellent. First, the owner Bill, was a perfect host. Bill contacted us right after booking, answered all questions we had and gave us tips since this was our first trip to Puerto Vallarta. The condo was exactly as pictured and was very well maintained. The building location, staff and amenities are excellent. We will definitely be renting again from Bill.

Perfect location to beach, restaurants and shopping. Very clean and spacious. I love that it still has the old PV charm, but with updated amenities. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Bill was wonderful at communicating details about the condo, and very prompt with answering questions.

If you are looking for a condominium with plenty of charm, extra space, and maintained extremely well, this is where you will want to stay. And a bonus is you get a large patio area that overlooks the bustling scene below. I would highly recommend staying at Bill's condo. He communicates with you on a timely basis, which is something you don't always get when booking vacation properties. You will not be disappointed while staying here!!!

Bill’s place was perfect for the boys trip. Unbeatable location that was very safe and easy to access. The place was very clean and had a large patio. WiFi worked just fine and the three TVs were a big plus. Beds were were comfortable and the sheets were clean. Planning on coming back.

Great condo for two couples traveling together, each bedroom with own bath. The ocean view, breezes and balcony were lovely. Rooftop pool was wonderful for taking a refreshing dip. Location - perfectly located on Malecon for beach, shopping, dining.

I really can’t add anymore than was was reviewed below... this is truly a 5 star condo...everything about our 16 night stay in Bills condo was perfect...I have been traveling to Puerto Vallarta for the past 46 years and this was without a doubt our best visit...thanks Bill...

The condo is a lot bigger than you might think, with two large master suites, large living area and patio. Its location is absolutely perfect, steps to the beach, people watching, everything you need within blocks - especially comforting during covid, when one does not want to mix and mingle too much. Pool was heaven with amazing views!

This property is just as advertised Bill was great to deal with answered every question in a very timely matter had no problem with a late check out request as our flight was at 6pm. The roof top pool is amazing the staff in the building were great a big shout out to jimmy at the front desk will not steer you wrong when asking about where to go for dinner. Location location location it does not get any better I promise you as this is the 8th visit to Pv great reasturants around every corner and pubs or you can just cook a meal in the kitchen here sit on the huge balcony and people watch we will definitely be returning thanks for everything Bill great place

Spent 9 days in unit 203 in July 2019. Beautiful updated 2 bed/2 bath unit with huge balcony overlooking Malecon Main Street with view of ocean. Los Muertos public beach is less than 50 yards from front door. Felt extremely safe with 24 hour front door staff with locking main door to complex and the staff was extremely helpful with any questions we had. The area around the complex is lively and we were very comfortable walking around til 11pm - midnight with our teenagers (14 &16) to visit the many restaurants and shops. The rooftop pool has great views and many umbrellas to hide from the sun if needed. In the 9 days we were there we only saw other guests at the pool on 2 occasions (we used the pool at least once every day). Not sure if this is normal but was nice to have what seemed to be a private pool for us. We had a couple of questions for the host while we there and he responded to all of them within half a day by email. Overall a great experience and will definitely return next year if it’s available.

My family and I stayed in PlazaMar #203 for a portion of our recent visit to Puerto Vallarta. The condo is ideally located near beachfront restaurants and many shops. We found everything we needed within a brief and enjoyable walk from the condo. The condo is well appointed and provided more than enough space for our family of four to spread out, relax, and enjoy the sites and sounds of P.V. We especially enjoyed the large patio -- it is perfect for card games with a side of people watching. We would definitely return!
