A newer condo building - The Park, Old Town/ Zona Romantico. It is located 1 block from the beach Los Muertos and Olas Altas and the famous pier.

Our newly remodeled 7th floor luxury terrace, with heated salt water pool, bar & entertainment area

Amazing views of Puerto Vallarta and gorgeous & beautiful sunsets, Mountains, and old city "el Centro" as well as around the bay to Nuevo Vallarta and Punta Mita.
Covered rooftop terrace with sofas, Large screen TV's.
Gas grill BBQ, Bar & kitchen area to prepare your drinks and meals.
Mini fridge and a (purified water) ice maker.
Our building has an fully equipped gym area open for our guests.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a perfect location. We loved the roof top pool. There was construction right next door but we barely heard any noise.

Excellent vacation condo

Really appreciated the rental, perfect fit for our group of 2 couples. The location can’t be beat and the unit/building itself offers top notch amenities. Owner was super responsive and assisted with our inquiries even popping by to attend to an issue. Only issue - which is not Richard’s fault - would be the construction across the street. A worthwhile trade off given the location in our mind. Thanks again for having us Richard

2nd PV stay @Zona Romantica

This was our second time staying in this particular building. We love the access staying so close to restaurants, bars, shops, and the beach. Location is very secure, friendly staff at building, the views and pool at the rooftop are amazing. The space in condo is very spacious, all the amenities we needed are there. The listing agent was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. I definitely recommend this place!

Apartment was ok Huge downside is the construction that is taking place with the apartment block door ..... constantly jack-hammering and loud noise - If you open the blinds your view is of the construction site, and if you keep them closed the apartment becomes depressing. Both the bedding and towels need replacing. Roof is pool etc is great, however the floor is very slippery and again the limited number of lounger cushions that are available are not the clean nest. Location is excellent

Excellent location with an amazing roof top pool.

Excellent location. Walking distance to all of our needs. The condo was very clean. Spacious bath and bedrooms. Roof top salt water pool and terrace was one of my favorite spots. I look forward to my next stay here. This place is a 5 star rating.

Great location. Great door staff. Loved the market downstairs which was super handy.

The condo is clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. The market downstairs is very well stocked making it easy to stop there almost daily. Although we like to leave everything open at night, some evenings the street below was quite noisy with music into the wee hours, causing us to close it up. Roof top pool is wonderful with no problems finding a place to sit either in the sun or shade. Unfortunately the construction across the street became quite noisy some days. Would stay here again.

Perfect location

This is a great condo, centrally located in the heart of the romantic zone. Easy access to everything PV has to offer. Quiet, convenient and clean. Loved the market on Saturdays in the park and the convenience of the Bodega downstairs.

Excellent location

Exactly as described. Amazing roof top. Everything I normally use was supplied. Filtered water and AC appreciated. Nice market next door, excellent coffee shops and restaurants in the area. Short walk to Malacon. My daughter and I felt very safe at all times. Can hear music from clubs at night which we slept through. Beds were comfortable and shower pressure great.

Excellent condo with great location

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was exactly as described. Kitchen was fully equipped and rooms were clean and roomy. Richard, our host, was very quick to respond to questions and provide recommendations. The building was also very clean and secure. The rooftop pool and views were fantastic! Location was perfect for those that like close beach access, restaurants, bars, and shopping. We could walk in any direction and find things to do. The market in the building had everything we needed. Nightlife is abundant, so if you are looking for quiet this may not be the location for you. However, we were there for Dia de los Muertos, so we expected the late night crowds. The only other negative is the beds were a bit hard, but not so much we couldn't get a good night's sleep... and nothing the massage spa across the street couldn't make you forget.

Bliss with a view

This condo and location are amazing! The terrace’s view is simply breathtaking. And the security and cleaning help were available to assist. Walking distance to the beach. A beautifully decorated park is across the street if you’re looking for a different scenery. Although the terrace has an amazing 360 degree view I’d the city and the surrounding mountains. All the Kitchen utensils you need are available in the kitchen. Very clean location and wifi is available through out the building. We were all very happy with our stay.

Great Place!

This was a wonderful unit in a spectacular building. The location could not be any better, it is right in the middle of everything and so convenient to the beach and some of the best places to eat. We loved the building and this unit so much. We'll be back.

Great location easy to navigate…

The property is very cute and quaint. Located near all the main places : bars, restaurants, shops, ice cream shops… you are nestled by an array of places to go. Our hostess was really great : Joaquin received us at the reception and gave us the tour and offered to help if we needed. I love it’s convenience of being close to the beach and from the roof top, enjoying a salt water infinity pool that is amazing! Me and my sons enjoyed our staying and luckily we will be back to celebrate another summer next year! Thank you. Elaine Stewart Dallas, TX

The Park

After initially booking here in October 2019, we finally got to experience this wonderful place!We had an amazing stay here! The condo was so nice. I really appreciated being able to have potable water from the taps. Security at front door were always friendly and helpful. Can't rave enough about the amazing 7th floor pool and patio area! Richard and Gabriella were helpful and responsive to the very few issues we had. Yes, the beds were on the hard side, but that is being rectified. The neighborhood was safe, so many great restaurants and close to the Malecon. Noisy construction going on across the street as they renovate the building, not much anyone can do about that. Highly recommend this property and our hosts. I look forward to returning!

Location, location, location

This property was perfect. When, my friend and I arrived, we met a wonderful man in the lobby who told us he would issue us a building card and answer any questions we might have about Puerto vallarta. We then went up to the unit and were pleasantly suprised by the size, cleanliness, and amenities. The roof top pool was the icing on the cake! Excellent location for anything you want to do. Tours were easily accessible, taxis were right outside the door, very walkable area right off the Malecon (Ocean boardwalk). There were never any safety issues (we were single women) and felt very comfortable going out, even on our own, anytime during the day. We would highly recommend this place for location, but also the quick response from Richard (when we had questions), the lovely, sparkling clean condo, and beautiful pool with amazing views. Thank you so much for a relaxing week at your wonderful place!
