- A Security Deposit Credit Hold will be placed 24 hours before check-in (equal to $500 USD or 50% of the booking total, whichever is greater). This is not a charge and is released within 7 days of checkout if no damage occurs.

The villa comprises two levels (Main and Penthouse) with 3 bedrooms and a shared kitchen/living area on each floor.

Each level can be rented independently as 1–3 bedroom apartments for smaller groups, thus sharing the common areas. For this listing all common areas are exclusive to the renter of the Villa.

Entry Level: Street access with secure entry, private apartment and office/housekeeping (guest access not permitted).
