Wonderful oasis - staff was the best!

We enjoyed the atmosphere, food, facilities and landscape. The rooms and common areas show a nice design. We enjoyed the sauna and spa. The cuisine must be one of the best in the area with a pleasant atmosphere in the dining room and bar, always accompanied by a careful attention. The hotel's location is fantastic with views of the lake, city and volcanoes that is privileged. A highly recommendable experience.

This was the best place we stayed in Chile, hands down. And for the price…phenomenal. It’s a small boutique hotel. A well manicured property carved off a gravel road just a few blocks from the main drag. The proprietors, young husband and wife, are lovely. The building and grounds are immaculate and aesthetically top notch, the attention to detail everywhere is remarkable, awesome views through the trees, and the friendliness of staff top notch. They have two hot tubs and we bought one out for...

This is a beautiful beginning of the century property... absolutely wonderful and the staff was very kind and helpful

Perfect location, nicest views

The people working there ware friendly and helpful. The pool area is great, I wish the wood tub was open. One of the things i didnt like was the state of the bathrooms, there are broken and unmatched doors handles.

The location is very good. The Staff is very friendly

The bed wasnt that confortable, also was tilted towars the headbord, making it a bit akward to sleep on

Great cabana! Only thing to note, not the best wifi in the CaBana itself worked best in reception office. Great staff and wonderful location.

Este lugar me agradecio mucho! Senti mucho paz en el bosque, y la cabana era comoda. Dormi muy rico. Gracias a los trabajadores ahi por ser bien atentivos!

Great location overlooking Puerto Varas. Easy 5 minute walk to downtown, the beach and restaurants. Service at the desk was great and the staff very friendly. Restaurant selections were excellent. Buffet breakfast included hot entre, breads, cereals, juice, fruit and coffee. Wifi access on 6th floor was poor and very slow to the point of being unusable at times. Access from the restaurant area was good and I used the lounge area when I needed internet access.

Mountain paradise

Not enough snow to ski

We arrived at 1 am, and the owner stayed up to meet us, help us with our bags, and settle in. Great overnight stay in a traditional home conveniently located, lake right across the street, with warm, friendly family helping us to enjoy the night. Owner also speaks great English!
