"The hotel is clean and a perfect option for staying in Kowloon. Loved it very much. The only inconvenience we had during our stay was there was a lot of construction noise outside the boulevard looking to Victoria Bay. But that’s not really under the hotels control."

"On the third day of the stay, a water main bursted on the second floor and flooded lower floors, which put all elevators out of commission. There was no communication from the hotel and I speculated that the elevators were all out of service as the buttons were not responsive. Walking down wasn’t too bad and I found out about the flooding as I descended onto the second floor where water was ankle deep thereafter. "
