"it is a dump. so small there is hardly enough room to turn around. no chair or table. hardly room enough to open your suitcase on the floor. toilet with rusty towel rack. hardly flushing. shower and toilet all in the same 4x4 feet space. the electronic door key 4 times didn't work. some poor employee had to be woken up to let me in. all that for such expensive price"

"- one of worst places I stayed so far - DONT BOOK - strong smell in the room, if you open the window which goes not to the outside everything stinks even more - water from the neighbour runs through our bathroom on the floor -fake location on googlemaps"

"Our family really loved our stay at the Jervois. The staff were really friendly and the property was in great condition. The rooms were very spacious with enough room for a baby crib in the living room. "

"This is a fabulous hotel with a nice room ( Concierge 22nd Floor) and a super friendly staff. My only criticism is that the main floor restaurant caters mainly, as in near totally, to buffet customers, which for me is not ideal. The upstairs restaurant however is superb, especially if you like Canadian lobster. And, it’s priced quite reasonable given the high end fair. I would definitely stay here again."
