Expansive house / property layout ideal for balancing gathering time and privacy time (with four different natural gathering points between dining room, living room, front porch, and poolside). Well-appointed near-industrial-level kitchen can keep up with all the hungry guests. Host was very responsive, as in "within minutes" responsive to questions / requests via text, and genuinely engaged and enthused to have the house serve as the setting for our successful celebration. "Lovely apartment! Can see the ocean from the back balcony and only a short walk from the beach where we saw lots of sea turtles. Inside of the apartment is well furnished and everything was nice and clean. "
