This comfortable holiday apartment on the top floor offers space for up to four people on 50 m² and is ideal for families or small groups who want to enjoy a relaxed holiday by the sea. The accommodation has two bedrooms with single beds, a modern bathroom and an open living, dining and kitchen area equipped with all important amenities such as a refrigerator, freezer, electric cooker and SAT TV. Particularly attractive is the 12 m² large, covered terrace with sea view, where you can end the day with a breakfast or a glass of wine. Air conditioning, WiFi and a private parking space round off the comfort. Pets are welcome, small dogs up to 10 kg can be brought upon request.



The holiday complex is located quietly, embedded in plenty of greenery, and offers a well-maintained garden, a sun terrace, barbecue facilities, and a refreshing pool in addition to the apartment. The beach is only about 700 metres away, and diverse leisure activities such as water sports, boat trips, bicycle tours, or hikes in the surrounding area ensure varied holiday days.
