The modern villa Nea is located in the largest Istrian city and a cultural and historical gem, Pula. Within the premises secured by surveillance cameras, there is an outdoor swimming pool with a sunbathing area, a barbecue with an outdoor dining area and a trampoline for the youngest, and from the balcony you can enjoy an impressive view of the Pula centre. The premises have a safety alarm system, and no parties are allowed in the villa.
On the ground floor of the house, you can immediately sense the spaciousness of the open-plan living area that combines the lounge, dining and kitchen areas. The modern furnishings and neutral colours provide a seamless flow throughout the space, accentuated by decorative touches in shades of yellow and beige. In 3 of the bedrooms you will find an en-suite bathroom. There are a total of 2 bathrooms on the ground floor and 3 on the upper floor.
