A modern, 60-square-meter apartment on two levels with a private entrance, accommodating up to 2 people, located in a quiet residential area of Pula. The property features a charming outdoor area and includes a designated parking space. The beaches of Nora and Su Gunventeddu are 5 and 7 minutes away by car, respectively. The archaeological site of Nora, one of Sardinia’s most important and well-known sites, is a 7-minute drive away.



The 60-square-meter apartment is arranged over two levels. There are internal stairs; for this reason, children are NOT ALLOWED.



The interior layout is as follows:

FIRST LEVEL:

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, TV, table with chairs, split A/C, access to the courtyard;

- KITCHENETTE with induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses, access to the courtyard;

- COURTYARD furnished with chairs and a table, umbrella (featuring succulents);



SECOND FLOOR:

- BEDROOM: double bed, closet, dresser, split A/C,

- BATHROOM with shower stall (raised), bidet, and toilet;



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, clothes rack, hair dryer, soundproof windows, independent heating.



PLEASE NOTE: Air conditioning is provided ONLY via split-system units (bedroom and living room/kitchenette).

Please be aware that there are security cameras outside the apartment.

A sofa bed (for one person) is available only upon request.



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax to the municipality of Pula, which is 0.50 cent or 1€, depending on the season.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the system may be operated and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Cagliari Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



Note: Completing the registration and paying the tourist tax is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.



In the event of unauthorized use of extra linens, €15 will be charged for each set of linens used.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in Pula, a tourist gem in southwestern Sardinia, rich in natural, archaeological, and cultural treasures.

Of particular interest are the archaeological site of Nora, one of the most important and well-known in the region, and the Nora Lagoon, a habitat for rare birds.

A 7-minute drive away is Su Guventeddu Beach, popular with kiteboarders and windsurfers; and just 5 minutes away is Nora Beach.

To the west lies the long coastline of Santa Margherita di Pula, featuring a series of white-sand coves, such as Cala Marina, Cala Bernardini, Cala d’Ostia, and Cala Verde.



- Nora Beach: 5 minutes by car;

- Su Guventeddu Beach:
