"The rooms and amenities are excellent for the price, no complaints there. The staff are really friendly and helpful, kudos to them. I had a small hiccup with the room but they handled it professionally. The only downside is that City Square and Komtar are about a 15 mins walk away (not the easiest to navigate) and I had to keep using private hire cars to get there. Nevertheless, I would book with the hotel again. "

As elderly parents, she asked as she was not sure but only to get that kind of response. Other than that, the stay was good."
