"Although it was a cheaper motel, I had to clean the shower out, nasty stuff on the walls,hair. Bathroom door was gross! Full length mirror was covered in sticky stuff, along with the TV! Soap spots where the bar was sitting on the counter was still there from previous ppl. Gunk all over the .mirror by the vanity. Take lysol wipes!!!"

"The front desk staff were very friendly, but the condition of the room itself was absolutely abysmal. Of the three bath towels provided, two were dirty; the bathtub was so filthy that it was completely unusable for bathing. My room was situated right next to the restaurant, and the soundproofing was so poor that I was woken up early in the morning by the noise of people eating breakfast. There was hardly anything edible at breakfast; half of the equipment at the buffet station was broken, and the coffee was ridiculously weak—it tasted as if it had been heavily diluted with water. It is no exaggeration to say that, aside from its low price, this hotel has absolutely no redeeming qualities."

"1. Hotel and rooms very dated. Did they tear down the wrong Pear Tree? 2. Bath all in same room. Vanity very small and inconvenient to store personal items. No exhaust! 3. No variety at breakfast. We stayed a week and breakfast was the same. 4. Network TV channels had frequent interruptions in signal. Unable to watch 5. Frequently smoking outside all entrances, including marijuana. 6. Staff, for the most part, was cordial and friendly!"
