All listed and shared amenities, including gyms and other building features, are available for guest use at your own risk. Access is not guaranteed and may be limited or unavailable due to building maintenance, scheduling, or other factors. The host is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or service interruptions that may occur during your stay.

A minimum fee of $250 may be charged if any house rules are broken, including but not limited to unauthorized parties, smoking, unapproved pets, tampering with devices, or exceeding occupancy limits. Serious or repeat violations may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.

Parties, events, and disruptive behavior are not permitted.
Pets are not allowed.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. A warning will be issued for noise complaints; a second complaint may result in removal from the property without refund.
All guests must be registered. Maximum occupancy limits must be followed at all times.
Do not move furniture, décor, or appliances.
Tampering with Wi-Fi routers, smart devices, security cameras, or locks is strictly prohibited.
Mail or package delivery is not allowed. The host/property is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned deliveries.

Lost keys, damaged lock devices, or lockouts may result in a replacement or service fee depending on the timing and circumstances.
