"Breakfast was good. Pool and waterpark is not heated despite the flyer given to us from repetition saying it is heated all year round. Rooms were spacious but worn out. Hot water went out unexpectedly for over 12 hours and notice wasn't given until it was already out. "

The parking spaces are very tight and we had to use the overflow parking if we went out during the day in the car. "The house was outstandingly well presented and beauutifully kept. We were welcomed with a thankyou card and a box of chocolates, and every room was stunning. Our stay was comfortable, relaxing and spacious, and we had everything we needed from tea and coffee and condiments, to shampoo and soap and fresh linen. We especially loved the shower steamers! "

"We stayed here for a family holiday in January – the photos are reflective of the well-appointed property it is. It was very clean with everything you would need to have a comfortable holiday; but it was the little touches that elevated it. Lots of children toys, a play kitchen, with table & chairs for the littlies and a whole drawer of kid friendly cups, plates & cutlery! We had so much fun fishing off the pontoon, enjoying the pool & spa and firepit. There were lots of different areas to ensure everyone had a space to do whatever their version of relaxing was! Close to shops as well. Holiday Hub (property managers) were very responsive to questions and easy to deal with."
