"Actually my stay was so good I can’t wait to return! Everything was beyond my expectations for the pricing of the hotel. The staff were efficient and kind. I was aware the place was renovated and whoever did so was very good at their job it’s like a new hotel now. . Bed linen was much better than many places, and Kitchenette was well stocked snd so very clean sink full size. Shower new fresh glass cubicle style and The view of the city from the table/desk was a treat. They seem to love what they do and they do it well ! I didn’t have a car so I can’t speak about that, but they offered parking facilities each time I was at the front desk. Moxies Restaurant is downstairs and transit is right outside. Convenient for business or Vacation."

"Great room - clean and functional. Great location - walk anywhere or take the nearby streetcar/train. Breakfast was perfect - lots of hot, filling items (eggs, bacon, waffles, bagels, yogurt, fruit). We had such a great breakfast we didn’t need lunch! Our hair dryer broke during our stay and the staff had another one within 10 minutes."

"First of all the location was not very safe because there’s a lot of homeless walking back and forth in front of the hotel and they would tried to bother you when they pass by you. There’s also one elevator in the whole entire hotel and only one laundry machine and dryer, which is completely ridiculous because there are 7 floors with customer trying to do laundry all at the same time, but unfortunately they can’t because there’s only one machine. Secondly, I have to insert my card key a few times every time when I go to my room. Then the water from the shower would spray everywhere on the floor outside the bathroom every time I take a shower. On top of that, the breakfast especially today was horrible because the scrambled eggs have green color on the bottom of the eggs and when I tried to get some cranberry juice it’s only water coming out and the oatmeal was so thick and seems like nothing was left to scoop."

"Everything was good. It was clean, tidy, and comfortable for the stay. Check-in was smooth, and the host was always responsive. Overall, we had a pleasant experience."
