"We had no hot water in our room. However, the hotel went to great lengths to remedy the issue, including paying for multiple breakfasts and lunches. They also allowed us to use the changing rooms to shower where there was hot water. They were sold out so another room wasn’t an option. It was disappointing that the facilities weren’t fully functional, but the manager stepped up to remedy the issue. They showed that they cared and that’s what matters. "

Rooms were all very comfortable and the hosts, Denis and Linda, went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. "Frederic was the best host we’ve ever had, and we travel a great deal. The bungalow was in a perfect area. We explored the entire island of Tahiti with outstanding ideas from Frederic. Absolutely gorgeous views of the ocean and Moorea. Truly stunning. Every amenity was fantastic and the bungalow and pool were perfect for our wonderful stay. Would go back in a heartbeat and stay again!"
