"Will stay here again forsure! New and clean! Only reason im giving it a 4 is the bed frame needs to be tightened. Any touch of the bed it moves and squeaky. Also bathroom faucet was missing the screen so water goes everywhere. Sink drains slowly. Simple fix and it will be perfect!"

"The chalet was immaculate and very clean. It was full of amenities and we did not need a single thing. Fritzy easily accommodated our last minute late request and had even provided a few groceries so we could have breakfast the following morning. The espresso machine was great and we loved getting to use it! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the playroom downstairs and the s’mores kit. It was helpful that Fritzy was only steps away from us when needing assistance with the fireplace. It was a very enjoyable stay and we wish we could’ve stayed longer!"

"Overall a nice and clean place with plenty of outdoor and indoor spaces. The issue we reported are:1 The first level has shared bathroom with 2 bedrooms. The bathroom doors don’t work smoothly so makes it very noisy to close and disturbs everyone in both the rooms. Also it’s a bit dated and sink is tiny2. All bathrooms lacked storage spaces to keep your stuff in the bathrooms. 3. Windows in 2 rooms didn’t close properly 4. Water was not flowing smoothly in the shower of a bathroom and the shower head needed replacement. Those issues were resolved in 24 hours 5. We lost electricity for almost more than half a day through night. Not having any flashlights to make it easy and safe to move around was an issue. Otherwise a great place and easy to connect with owners team to get responses and issue resolution"
