Had an amazing stay at Orchid Hotel! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff was extremely polite and welcoming, the rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious. The breakfast was perfect with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. Service throughout the stay was exceptional, and every detail was handled professionally. Highly recommend Orchid Hotel for anyone looking for a wonderful and comfortable...

The hotel is an excellent value for your money and the rooms, in-house restaurant and other services are of very high quality. The only caveat is that it is located a bit outside the city on a busy highway bypass. Although the rooms themselves were quiet, the area around is very busy and not very walkable or have other eating options etc nearby. Getting taxis at short notice is also a problem. The front desk can, however, arrange transportation if notified in advance.

I love this place

Wonderfull welcome with traditional indian welcome and hospitality with Delicious motichur laddus and refreshing drinks, nice facilities, staff really friendly, new hotel so was really spoilt for service. TAJ is always TAJ and goes the extra mile. The Send off was also wow. We were given a going away gift of handmade incense sticks as well as traditional indian jaggery and curd. Rajesh at the reception also facilitated a cab to the airport. The manger and staff were very friendly and made sure...

Best property & professional staff upon requesting they offered twin room as we were group travelling, loved the stay thanks

Its just okay. Clean small room . Difficult to access the property.

A Short but Wonderful Stay Our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Amritsar was short and sweet. We stayed for three days and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. Everyone we interacted with—from the front desk staff to the restaurant servers—was kind, friendly, and genuinely caring. They made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. One thing I especially appreciated was that the food items were...

Room was very clean , staff was well behaving and great services , overall loved the experience.

It was the room with the best air quality of the 3 hotels I stayed in while in India. This was critical to me since I arrived in India on a peak of my allergies. On top of that I found the hotel very charming, seeped in tradition, an oasis of clean, order and peace in a bustling city.

Friendly staff and nice breakfast

Property is extremely good considering it is in Ludhiana. The breakfast is excellent and the staff is unbelievably good. It is the only place I would stay in Ludhiana. It is the only place that lives up to international standards.
