とても綺麗で、中庭の装飾も素晴らしかったです。ホテル内にはあちこちに価値の高い絵が飾ってありました。 オーナーはとても親切で色々アドバイスを頂きました。 特筆したいのは朝食です。 タッブリの果物、パンケーキ、美味しいコーヒー ペルーで同じような価格のホテルに泊まりましたが、群を抜いて良かったです。

Como puede ser de hacer una reserva de un hotel afiliado a su página y llegar y encontrar el hotel cerrado desde hace 3 años. Y no tener ninguna ayuda por su parte después de llamar sólo falta que se cobren las 3 noches. Tuve que buscarme la vida para encontrar otro hotel. ESPERO QUE POR LO MENOS ME RESPONDAN Y ME DIGAN ALGO. MUY NAL EXPERIENCIA!!!!!

Nice hotel in Puno. Just stayed one night. Centrally located with walking access to bars and resturants. Cheap taxis allow easy access to the dock for lake Titicaca tours

Comfortable hotel with wonderful staff

Although the hotel is a little dark and tired, the location is good and the staff are amazingly helpful and kind in a genuine professional way. The beds are warm and comfortable with hot showers. There is a restaurant with a wide menu of French/Peruvian food.

Sehr freundliches Personal, die Zimmer sind aber leider sehr verwohnt; das Hotel verfügt über keinen eigenen Parkplatz, sondern nutzt die Tiefgarage des Arequipa Hotels, ca. 3 Blocks entfernt (5min Fußweg).

A bit noisy environment, but otherwise pleasant

The hotel staff was very kind and helpful, breakfast is good the room is comfy and clean. Only drawback is that the parking of the hotel is 2-3 block away and the location is rather noisy. Still considering the reasonable price, I'd recommend this hotel for a short stay for anybody.

Leuk hotel, europese standaard

Zeer vriendelijk en betrokken personeel. Erg behulpzaam en klantgericht volgens Europese maatstaaf. Kamers zijn netjes en douches hebben warm water. Internet is erg snel, snelste internet tot nu toe in Peru. Ik zal dit hotel zeker aanbevelen.

Clean rooms, great service, nice location. The breakfast was wonderful the first morning but not quite as good the next day.

It might not be a fair comparison because we stayed in a very nice hotel in Cusco the night before. It took us a while to adjust to this one. The air was certainly not that pleasant, not sure due to people smoking in the lobby or smog from the busy street outside. One reminder: Expedia will NOT charge your credit card as I would thought. You have to pay the hotel directly. It was quite a mess for us since the hotel did not tell us that upon check-out. Instead, they chased us to another town for the payment, which was embarrassing.
