Nice hotel for people travelling

the hotel was clean and good shower, clean room and lovely comfy and warm bed. The staff were very helpful, ringing up about a lost item for me and helping with internet and places to eat etc

okay for the money. breakfast was not the best and always the same, and the server on Monday was very RUDE!!!!. Lights are always OFF in the lobby, why???? Lobby staff was helpful, but lacked the details on the taxi to the airport. Charge is per person, Also their credit card machine WAS NOT WORKING which is WRONG if they advertise for American Express and Discovery card..LAck of training and knowledge

Mi estadia fue maravillosa!!!

Realmente una atencion de primera, siempre atentos a tus necesidades, nos consiguieron los tours, nos guardaron las maletas, nunca me dijeron no a nada, habia una mesa para tomar cafe o mate siempre. Los empleados muy atentos y que se diga del dueño juan Carlos, lo mejor. Me senti en familia siempre!! Le doy 5 estrellas !!! Lo volveria a timar a ojos cerrados. Los precios incomparables!!!
