"Excellent service and remembering dining experience "

"This is a Relais & Chateau, and the staff is as responsive as this expects. Rooms are nice if a bit dated. Pool area is good. Spa has a whirlpool, jacuzzi, and wet & dry saunas available on request but monitored to ensure they’re not too busy. Dining was excellent. I am celiac/gluten-free and staff ensured I was kept safe. Beach facility is a short shuttle ride (on request) from the hotel. All is nicely laid out and ready. It was a bit reduced by the lateness in the season. We would visit again."

"The hotel is older but very well maintained. Easy walk to anything in town: cafe, restaurant, castle, beaches, shopping and churches. Lovely and friendly staff. Breakfast could have more cold options like fruit and vegetables. "

"Not sure why this place has a 4 star rating, a 3-star rating is being nice. While it’s close to the beach and the house keeping staff were amazing, that’s about all the nice things I can say. The check in staff was rude and basically threw us our key and didn’t explain anything. We got yelled at for parking near our room after being told to park there to unload our bags ourselves. While there is a private beach for the hotel, they don’t tell you beforehand hand that you have to pay to use it. $27 euro a day. You get no towels for the beach or the pool and if you ask for one it’s a big deal and they try and charge you $10 euro a day per towel and was a big hassle to even obtain one. The room had no plug ins near the bed to charge phones. The rooms were run down and very outdated. After traveling through many parts of Italy and having the best experience with hotel staff this left something to be desired. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Also not the place for a couple, it’s more geared toward families with small children. "
