"La atencion al cliente debe mejorar las toallas en el baño y la limpieza del mismo debe mejorar, no hay calidez en el trato ni ofertan el menu para ver que opciones hay y costo de los alimentos,no hay quien lo reciba a uno toca buscar al personal por la villa la ubicacion es buena las insatalaciones tienen potencial muy bueno y acceso al mar es excelente insisto la atencion al cliente es casi nula"
