"The resort is very close to the airport, and most of the activities are close by, it is a very beautiful resort, with lots of entertainment every day for adults and kids. The buffet was very rich every day with lots of varieties to choose from. The hotel had their our suvenir shop and also had staff from companies where you can book your favourite excursions. The room was very clean, the staff were exceptionably friendly, nice, helpful and made our stay rememberable! I would definitely recommend this resort and would return here in the future"

"It’s a big place with different activities to do, a lot of the restaurants to choose, I didn’t like the service of towels some times didn’t have it more, and the quality of the towel too. Some they have spots with bleach. "

"We were put on the ground floor of bldg 4, and we requested an upper level room and we never heard back from premium lounge on the move so we paid extra for a view of bushes instead of the ocean "

"This is the Best Resort I have been to! It’s Beautiful, the Food is Amazing! The Animation here is Out of this World! Chocolate, Luisa, Josefina, Kenny, Geovany and Orlando will make sure you have the Ultimate Vacation. They are the Perfect Team! From playing Bingo, Salsa and Bachata classes, Pool Volleyball and Aerobics, Shows, Dancing, Silent Parties, Beach Entertainment and more! Let them lead the way! They do it all! I just came back yesterday and am already planning my next visit! Also, if you want Entertainment, Amazing Food and Royal treatment you will find it in every part of the Resort.
