Occupancy Limit: Maximum 8 guests allowed.

No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in any area of the apartment.

Energy Conservation: Please turn off lights, ACs, and appliances when leaving the unit.
Towels & Linens: Any stained or damaged items may incur a replacement fee.

Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged.
Building & Community Rules: Guests must comply with all Punta Cana Village residential regulations, including pool and parking rules.

Lost Keys / Access Cards: A US$50 fee each applies for lost or unreturned items.
