"We stayed at Ocean El Faro from May 28 to June 3, and it was our first all-inclusive vacation experience. Overall, we had a very positive impression. The most memorable part of our stay was the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff — everyone always greeted us with a smile and was ready to help whenever needed. Special thanks to our concierge, Kevin, who was available 24/7 and responded quickly and efficiently to every request we had. His support made our stay even more comfortable. The resort is spacious, with a beautiful layout, tasty food, and plenty of activities to enjoy. While it’s clear that the hotel is not brand new and shows some signs of age, it didn’t negatively impact our overall experience. The only real disappointment was the beach — it was not well-maintained, and unfortunately, swimming in the ocean was not possible during our stay. We hope the management addresses this issue, as the beach is such an important part of a Caribbean vacation. In general, we left with great memories and would be happy to return. Thank you to the whole team at Ocean El Faro! "

"This was truly a relaxing, wonderful vacation. The staff was helpful, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. The food (even the buffet) was good, the entertainment was fun, the rooms were decent sized and cleaned often and well, and everything was accessible. The coffee shop was wonderful. There was nothing we would have done differently. Thanks for a great vacation."
