The master bedroom has a king-size bed, air conditioning and a private bathroom with a large walking closet. The second bedroom has 4 single beds (twin), two of them with drawers, air conditioning, a large closet, and the secondary bathroom is in the main hallway. In the main living room we have high-speed Wi-Fi, SmartTV and air conditioning, a sofa. Balcony with comfortable furniture and a BBQ (gas not included, please let us know if you will use it to manage the filling), The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, blender, toaster and everything you need to cook whatever you want. General apartment features: Hot water, bath and beach towels, sheets, iron, hair dryer, closets in each room. 24/7 security, Optionally we have cleaning staff. * Ask us about golf cart rentals and excursions Guests have all the privacy in the entire apartment and can access all the common areas of the complex, swimming pool, gardens, etc. (The golf course is exclusively for players from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm (06:00 to 18:00). The pool is open every day from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (08:00 00 to 20:00) I am in the area and available for any questions from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm (08:00 to 21:00), after those times I only receive emergency calls or messages. - As required by the residence, guests must send a photo of their passport or driver's license a minimum of 24 hours before their arrival for official customer registration (adults only). - ENERGY CONSUMPTION IS NOT INCLUDED in the rent.
