Gardenia Punta Cana: A 350-meter walk from the beach, on the left side of Playa Tuquesa, and from the Zoho restaurant.<br>Gardenia features an elevated infinity pool, a lounge, a gym, a spa lounge, and a restaurant, as well as green spaces and a relaxation area. It also includes vehicle access, a reception area with a cozy lounge, restroom, and terrace, parking, a pool with a sun deck equipped with sunbeds and Balinese chaise longues, and a barbecue area.<br>The<br>area and the hot tub do not have hot water.<br>Guest access:<br>There are currently some construction workers on the property finishing up some final details.<br><br>⚡ Information on electricity consumption:<br><br>Electricity in Punta Cana is expensive, but we want to offer you maximum comfort and transparency during your vacation.<br><br><br>🇪🇸 Electricity Usage Policy<br> • Check-in day: No electricity charges will be applied on the day of check-in.<br> • Days 1 through 5: The rate includes 25 kilowatt-hours (kWh) per day. Any additional consumption will be charged at a rate of $0.50 per extra kWh.<br> • Starting on Day 6: From the sixth day onward, guests will be responsible for 100% of electricity consumption, billed according to the meter reading at the same rate.<br><br>🐾 Pet Policy<br><br>We welcome small, well-behaved pets!<br>A maximum of 1 pet is allowed per stay (only dogs or cats weighing up to 9 kg / 20 pounds).<br><br>Please let us know in advance if you’ll be traveling with your pet.<br> • A daily fee of $ $20 applies.<br> • Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.<br> • Do not leave your pet alone or unsupervised inside the accommodation.<br> • It is the guest’s responsibility to clean up after their pet, both inside and outside the apartment.<br> • Any damage caused by the pet may result in additional charges.
