We had a great stay at this property! It is really well located just across the street from the beach and a couple blocks from restaurants and shops. Communication with Laura Daniela was excellent and she was flexible with check in and check out time. The condo pool and hot tub are fantastic.

This condo is in a secured, gated area, making you feel safe while you are there. The location is within walking distance of everything you may be doing in Punta Mita. You wake up in the morning and appreciate the sunrise on the porch and the sunset on the rooftop balcony, all while staring into the ocean! The pool is very well kept up with plenty of area to relax and/or swim. The condo itself is full of all amenities that you may need, as well as cleaning products, washer/dryer, extra sheets and towels, and all kitchen supplies. It is nice that the facility does have a water filtration system, so you’re able to drink out of the faucets. The hosts were very accommodating to our needs and were very prompt with our questions throughout our stay. The cleaning crew does keep the condo in a tip top shape.

This was a small community of homes and businesses. Smaller than where we've stayed before. The manager and staff keep the place immaculate. Our check in was smooth, the people running the property were very welcoming and the unit is just as described online. It was bright with updated decor and the location is close to everything. The pool was a lovely addition when you’ve spent the day at the beach and just want to cool down a bit…it is in the courtyard of the building so with kids, you just need to be respectful of noise. Was a lovely stay and I would highly recommend.
