Me pareció terrible! No se hospeden acá. No es un hotel, tienen nula comunicación con el cliente. Hice la reservación, me presenté al hotel, ya había pagado pero no sabían nada de mi reservación, no podían llamar al dueño del apartamento para “no molestarlo”, mi viaje era por trabajo así que necesitaba dejar mis maletas, no me lo permitieron porque los dueños no habían avisado nada. Me tuve que ir con mis maletas a otro lado. Se fueron comunicando conmigo a las 8:30pm !!! Para decirme que ahora sí podía entrar a mi habitación. Trate de cancelar la reserva y tuvieron el descaro de decir que es que eran 2 edificios de Arenas y que yo había ido al otro y que no habían cometido ningún error. (En ningún lado dan indicaciones, ni un número para comunicarse ni nada, solo a través de Expedía). No tienen responsabilidad. Mejor no se la jueguen, les puede pasar lo mismo que les cobren y que no puedan entrar a la habitación.

Contratè habitaciòn con 2 baños y me dieron con 1 baño Hice el reclamo, pero no tuve respuesta favorable.con la recepciòn del edificio, quienes me derivaron con el hotel Jamaica, que està enfrente y tampoco cambiaron a departamento con 2 baños. El departamento tiene poco mantenimiento

Bem localizado nas mal cuidado

Imóvel é bem localizado, espaço bom, mas está bem mal cuidado. Por dentro nem paralelo que está no prédio (que é novo). Na chegada não tinha toalhas para banho, tivemos que pedir mais de uma vez na portaria. Não é hotel, é um apt estilo Airbnb que tem limpeza do serviço de hotel que fica em frente. É um local com pouco contigo, mas quem quiser ficar bem localizado e poucos dias funciona

Le falta actualizacion a los departamentos, le terraza no tenia muebles, el sillon principal muy, incomodo, viejo y bastante roto. La piscina da a un estacionamiento y es de tamaño familiar. En suma es aceptable pero podrian renovar un poco el movilario y poner sobre todo algo en la terraza.

Bem legal!

Apart muito bem localizado, bem perto da praia, tem piscina aquecida e também cadeiras e guarda sol na praia em frente. O café da manhã tomamos no hotel ao lado. Estava bem gostoso.

Apartamento espaçoso.

Apartamento bem moderno e confortável, o único problema que tivemos foi que na reserva constava café da manhã e não tem. Dizia na reserva que tinha 2 banheiras com hidro e não existe. Algum problemas de informação entre a reserva e o hotel. Mas o lugar é muito bom e moderno. O apartamento é bem grande e a varanda é gigante.

La estadía fue estupenda muy lindo lugar. Lo único malo fue que solo había un rollo de papel higiénico nosotros éramos 4 personas y cuando se acabo tuvimos que bajar nosotros a buscar más porque no teníamos repuesto en la habitación y no vinieron a traerlo
