"Camere pulite, personale molto cordiale e gentile e posizione dell'albergo ottima"

"Nice hotel to travel with car. Great breakfast. The staff was very helpful."

"Downtown location close to all the attractions. Minutes from the train station. Room was wonderful, staff was amazing and the nicest people. I would recommend this location and hotel to everyone going out of Ravenna. Also it’s walking distance to many wonderful restaurants."

"Excelente atención, habitación muy cómoda y la comida de cena estuvo muy rica, sin duda lo volvería a reservar. Lo usamos para la noche anterior a tomar un crucero y lo bueno es que dan el servicio de transporte hacia el puerto. Excelente!!"

"Excelente hotel! Volvería si tuviera que viajar !"

"This was an awesome hotel. The room was huge, the staff was so helpful and the breakfast was so nice. Zero complaints here ☺️"

"A very clean and the staff was helpful anytime we asked for anything. The bathroom and small kitchenette were modern and very good"

"The staff is amazing! Best breakfast ever!"

"Centrally located, lovey room and great breakfast! Helpful staff too!"

"The staff was helpful. Breakfast was ok. It’s very convenient for us because it is a short walk from the train station."

"The place was cute and very clean. The staff were very helpful with any questions we had"

"This room met our needs and with the reasonable price we would stay there again. The only disappointment was they put us in a disability room and as a result we did not like the low sink, the mirror was too low, and the shower was not a stall but part of the full bathroom floor, where much of the room got wet. Very good room for the right customer. Since it was a one night stay, we did not make a fuss. The breakfast buffet was above average with variety."

"Freundliches Personal, Frühstück war eher mäßig"

"Hotel stated they had A/C in listing but was told the city wasn’t allowing them to use it to save energy. I looked for that information on line and couldn’t find anything about that. We loved the place but it was HOT for sleeping."
