We liked the location, our room had direct beach access we could sit on our patio in front of our room and enjoy the view, we liked the breakfast the kitchen staff is wonderful We had no car so used the city bus service to town it was easy to use but service ends early in the evening

Unfortunately, we were only able to stay for a short time in this hotel due to the fact that we arrived late and had to leave early for our cruise, but we would definitely return. It was beautiful and the staff were friendly.

Terme staff was amazing!! We had 15 people arrive before cruise ship sailing day. They were so super helpful with the large group accommodating us all, assisting with Dinner ordering from offsite restaurants and getting us all in the spa. Absolutely great!!

Easy access to the cruise port. Take the number 70 bus (comes directly in front of the hotel) to the ferry then walk one km on the other side of the canal. Took us 40 mins and €3 per person rather than €20 pp with a taxi or uber. Beautiful resort, very clean and very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was also fantastic!

The beds in this rooms were rock hard. When we had a problem in our room we were told there was staff that would be available and when we went to get them they were so rude and not helpful and basically told us to go away. The beaches are nice and they have a beautiful playground for kids and some other staff were very nice

nicer than it appeared in photos. nice beach. nice breakfest. large rooms. right next to two beach bars. disappointed we were not able to get later checkout for even 1 room - we had 3 rooms initally and cruise boarding was 3pm. they could have been more accomodating as check in isnt til 4.

The room was clean and staff was amazing. From the front desk to housekeeping. Spouse has special needs and they are very accommodating. Stayed in a beach front room that was great walking out to the sea. Was able to spend 45 min in Terma Pool plus had a massage. Great time. Definitely return if cruise from Ravenna again.
