"Terrible！ very disappointing.我們被安排住在一幢兩層高一共四間房的建築物（Rm.1-4）內裏設施簡陋，枕頭和毛巾有異味，冷熱水供應非常不穩定，時冷時熱（水熱的時候，是非常熱，但無法調較適合的水溫），滿地蟲蟻，毛巾和床鋪殘舊，都呈灰白色，十分不整潔。我們以為住進了他們的員工宿舍。因我們曾進入位於旁邊的獨立別墅視察，裏面的設施和我們住的房間簡直天淵之別。所以我們有被騙的感覺，是一次極之不愉快的經歷。"

We explained we would need two separate out buildings each with two bedrooms, to cater for our two families with young children. Unfortunately when we checked in we were told there were 4 separate buildings with one single room in each and one single room in the main house. "We had the most wonderful stay in Ubud at lovely Noka House. The villa itself is breathtaking along with its position near paddy fields. Lots of wildlife, birds and insects to keep us company. Nyoman, Ketut and Wayan are so gracious and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Highlights for us are the Balinese people, they are so lovely, and my trip to the Yoga barn on the back of Wayan's scooter was hilarious if not a little bit terrifying. "Villa Kayu Raja is in a good location, but not really walkable to restaurants or the beach, especially at night. The sidewalk ends a bit before the villa, so you’re left walking in the busy street. The villa itself is nice, but I was unimpressed with the private pool. It is very small and the yard itself is deceiving in size from the pictures. Virtually no sunlight comes into the pool area as well, so the pool is a bit chilly and you aren’t able to do any sun tanning. The price is a bit steep...
